One of my favourite metal bands is Katatonia from Sweden. Here I'll just tell what I like their Discouraged Ones" -album.

I bought this after "Tonight`s Decision", which was my first Katatonia album.
Discouraged Ones features Jonas Renkse on vocals. At the same time Katatonia chose using "clear vocals" in their music.

First track "I Break" tells what album is going to be...heavy and mealcholy music, still with their own style. When you own mood is down, then this album can offer you much. There is parts, when Jonas speaks some lines. And this really fits his fragile voice and hopless lyrics well. If I try to find negative things, then I say that DO tracks are all of quite same style. Not any very surpirising elements yet in this album.

It`s hard to say "best" album track, but personally I like very much I Break,
Stalemate, Deadhouse & Last Resort.
